The service and care my daughter received from 4big kids has always been professional and came from a genuine caring perspective. All the staff are well trained and lovely kind nature. Communication is very good, and the Centre is clean, warm and feels like a homely environment. I know my daughter was always safe with her friends and teachers. Thank you again, Parent of A
My son absolutely loved 4bigkids. He never wanted to leave. The set out of the Centre is so well thought out. I particularly liked the sensory room and all the separate areas outside. All the staff were approachable, kind and from conversation, very observant of the children. I enjoyed hearing about my day from the staff. I often would come right on time of leaving the Centre and not once did I even get made to feel like I was an inconvenience. If ever I was to need out of school care again, 4 big kids is where id choose to send my children. Throughout the entire time of having My son enrolled at 4bigkids i have had great communication, efficient service and my son has enjoyed it so much. He is definitely going to miss attending.
