Meet Kylie, {Approve Provider & co owner of 4 Big Kids} Qualified educator with a Diploma of Childhood Education and Care. with 35 years’ experience in Childcare Kylie has been a team leader since 2007 when 4 Big Kids opened its doors. She loves teaching her educators the true value of working with children in childcare and believes the team here at 4 Big Kids is one of the best. Kylie at times will step up to be the responsible person, educational leader and team leader. she is always here for our Families, Children and Educators.
Meet Caroline, {Approve Provider & co owner of 4 Big Kids} Qualified educator with a Cert IV Outside School Hours Care and a Bachelor of Nursing. Caroline has been a part of 4 Big Kids since 2007 when 4 Big Kids opened its doors and at times will be the Responsible Person. She loves outdoor adventures. Caroline is 4 Big kids’ enrolment personal and is always happy to help with any new enrollments, account inquires and bookings.
This amazing lady is Suha, Suha is Our behind the scenes go to accounts person that dots all the I s and crosses all the T s while also making sure 4 Big Kids runs smoothly, we are all very grateful for all you do Suha.
I have worked in the early childhood industry for 10 years and hold both my Certificate III and Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care. Growing up in a blended family of eight, and with a mum who provided family day care, I’ve always been surrounded by children and naturally drawn to the profession.
Over the past three years, I have continued to challenge myself by stepping into the role of Educational Leader. I am deeply passionate about this position and committed to guiding my team toward maintaining a high standard of programming and practice across the service.
This is Jessica, one of our three trainees, Jessica is studying her, Cert III in Early Childhood Education and Care, this will make Jess Qualified in OSHC. Jess has been in child care for many years following her mother’s footsteps. Jess is a great mentor to the children that struggle more than others, always being supportive in times of need.
This is Samantha, one of our three trainees, Samantha is studying her Cert III in Early Childhood Education and Care, this will make Sam Qualified in OSHC. Samantha came to 4 Big Kids when she was 5 yrs old, she is now 18yrs old, so she really knows how we run our ship here at 4 Big Kids, many years of watching and learning.
This is Barbara, Barb has her training in Mother craft Nursing and volunteers at an aged care facility here in Mandurah. Barbara also started with 4 Big Kids back when we were at North Mandurah and has been with us ever since. Barbara is well loved by the children and staff.
This is Linda, last of our three trainees, Linda is also studying her Cert III in Early Childhood Education and Care, this will make Linda Qualified in OSHC. Linda started with 4 Big Kids back when we were at North Mandurah primary school. Linda has an extensive background is school canteens, food health and safety, 4 Big Kids welcomes Linda back after a short break.
Kristy enjoys working with children and has a particular passion for teaching arts and crafts. She has previously worked as a canteen manager at North Mandurah Primary School and has also gained valuable experience as a teacher aide. Her warm, creative approach makes her a wonderful support to the children in our service.
This is Abbie, Abbie is 21 years old and currently studying to become a Registered Nurse at Murdoch University. I’ve always had a passion for working with children from babysitting for local families to looking after my younger brothers. I’ve been part of the team at 4 Big Kids for the past six months, and I absolutely love getting to know the kids, supporting them, and creating a fun, safe environment for everyone. I’m excited to keep learning, growing, and bringing positive energy to 4 Big Kids.
