Our school holiday program runs from 6.30am till 6.30pm and is developed in collaboration with children, staff, and families to ensure a balanced and engaging range of activities suitable for all age groups.
The program includes a mix of in-house experiences and excursions to popular recreational venues such as fun stations, bowling centers, and cinemas.
We also offer old-fashioned fun days, with visits to local parks, and swimming pools, giving children the opportunity to enjoy outdoor play and community experiences.
Vacation Care Important Information
Each school holiday period, a new Vacation Care program is developed. We will endeavour to release the program as early as possible prior to the commencement of school holidays. Due to very limited availability, permanent families are notified before the program is released to the public.
On outing days, all children must arrive before 9:00am. Late arrivals cannot be accommodated.
Our Vacation Care program provides a structured, engaging, and stimulating environment designed to support the wellbeing and enjoyment of all children.
All Vacation Care bookings are strictly non-refundable. Excursions and activities are planned, booked, and paid for in advance.
A $100 holding bond per child is required at the time of enrolment to secure Vacation Care bookings.
Failure to attend on booked days, late cancellations, or non-attendance will not result in a refund under any circumstances.
Any changes to bookings must be made by the Thursday prior to the commencement of the Vacation Care program. After this date, all bookings are final and cannot be changed, cancelled, swapped, or refunded.
No exceptions apply.
